Paralympics Spotlights China's 83 million people with disabilities

The Paralympic Games are an international sports event, but they were also bright a spotlight on China's 83 million disabled people. Many say they sometimes felt almost invisible. In preparation for the event, Beijing made its public transport network installed for disabled and handicapped parking spaces at places like the airport. Stephanie Ho reports from the Chinese capital.
